Hey Everyone!

My name is Elisa Simone Diaz and you have somehow either purposefully or accidentally stumbled across my website. Regardless of how you got here, welcome! I am a Venezuelan-American actor, singer/songwriter, and writer (of the non-song variety.)

I'm what people like to call a third-culture kid. Although I was born in New Mexico, I also spent a lot of my earlier years in Las Vegas, NV and Vienna, Austria before moving back to the US.

I wasn't always big into theater, but I've always been dramatic so there's that. Before getting into musicals in about 2016, I played a lot of sports, primarily soccer, before injuring my knee which allowed me to focus more on a slightly more dormant love of music. I went to a performing arts boarding school in South Carolina before moving to NYC to study Musical Theatre at NYU!

I am beyond proud to be first generation American. Being Latina is not all there is to me, but it is one of the things I carry closest to my heart and one of the most important things to influence my life. P'arriba tu bandera!!! <3

In my free time, I love to cook with and for friends, read, and watch Gilmore Girls. I also like to walk around the west village and imagine what it's like to have enough money to be able to live there.
